StarLinX owns and operates a high-speed wireless service that is only available to businesses in the Newtown Commons Industrial Park vicinity.

Originally designed and implemented in 1999, this wireless service is stationed high up on the Newtown Athletic building and was the first broadband service offered in the area. The service was then called AIRsurfer. When we first introduced the service, AIRsurfer offered speeds of up to 1mbps.

Today, with our new AIRsurfer II rollout, speeds up to 6mbps are not uncommon.

What makes the service different than cable or DSL is that we don't allow residential traffic onto the network. Its exclusive to businesses only which keeps services such as game-playing, music downloading, and other "entertainment" type activities away from businesses who are trying to perform their daily functions. It also helps maintain the quality and integrity of the service.

Additionally, AIRsurfer II is treated as a mission-critical service. So, if there is an outage or you experience some other sort of trouble... we are just around the corner and can come directly to your business to solve the problem right away. This high-priority technical support and response is provided at no extra charge!

AIRsurfer II is available to any business located within the Newtown Commons area.

Price:  $99.00 to $199.00 per month, depending on requirements.
